Company Strata
Company Strata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, 12 oz. sharp cheese slices, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, 2 c. diced, cooked ham or 1 lb. cooked sausage, drained and 6 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

From bread, cut 12 shapes with a cookie cutter.
Fit scraps of bread in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer sliced cheese, cooked broccoli and ham or sausage over bread.
Arrange cut-outs on top.
Combine eggs, milk, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mustard.
Pour over bread.
Cover with refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 55 minutes.
