Company Strata
Company Strata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, 12 oz. sharp processed cheese, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained, 2 c. diced ham and 6 slightly beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut doughnut shapes out of bread.
Fit scraps (crust removed) in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer cheese, broccoli and diced ham over bread.
Arrange doughnuts and holes on top.
Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt and mustard.
Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 325Β° for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
