Company Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 4 bananas, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add ice water, drained pineapple (reserve juice), bananas and marshmallows.
