Company Roast
Company Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can vegeburger or granburger, tvp rehydrated, 2 c. brown rice, cooked, 2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 3 egg beaters or 6 egg whites and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix and pack all ingredients except the water-Sovex mixture and butter in well-oiled loaf pans (2).
Pour hot water with Sovex and butter over roast.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 12.
