Company Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 2 c. sour cream, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/4 lb. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft.
Cream potatoes with electric mixer until smooth and add sour cream, cream cheese and margarine.
Mix until smooth.
Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
The depth of the casserole dish may cause a variance in the baking time.
This recipe may be made days ahead of time and refrigerated.
