Company Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. butter, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute 1/2 cup onions in butter.
Add soup, potatoes and sour cream.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Top with 2 cups Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle Durkee onions on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
