Company Pepper Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. coarsely ground black pepper, 2/3 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. catsup, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 6 lb. boneless beef brisket, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Press pepper firmly in all sides of the brisket.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, catsup, paprika and garlic.
Put meat in dish and pour marinade over it.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Bake at 300Β° for 3 hours or until fork-tender.
Slice thinly.
