Company Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, 1 pkg. bacon, 2 tbsp. bacon grease, 3 small tubs sour cream and 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Steam cauliflower until tender.
Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
Mix bacon grease into each carton sour cream.
Using a very large, deep casserole dish or dividing in two layers in the following order: cauliflower, bacon, sour cream and cheeses. Continue to layer until everything is used.
Bake at 350Β° until the cheese is melted throughout.
