Company Broccoli Bake
Company Broccoli Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box frozen broccoli, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 boiled eggs, chopped, 1 c. buttered cracker crumbs (ritz or saltines) and 1 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli as directed on package (let water cook low). Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with onion and eggs.
Melt stick of margarine; pour over crackers.
Stir and put on top of dish. Combine soup, mayonnaise and cheese in small saucepan over low heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Pour soup over all; bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
