Comfort Frosting
Comfort Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 2 c. white sugar, 2/3 c. water, 1 1/3 tbsp. vinegar and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar gradually; beat until stiff.
Make syrup of rest of ingredients; boil to soft ball stage.
Add syrup to egg whites slowly.
Add vanilla.
Set aside to cool.
Beat until stiff enough to put on cake.
If icing gets hard, add few drops of hot water.
