Colossal Cookies
Colossal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a very large mixing bowl, mix butter and sugars together. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Add peanut butter; mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate pieces and baking soda.
Mix well.
Drop 1/4 cup measure 4 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork to 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
Store tightly covered.
