Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease and flour 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl at low speed until blended. Increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into pan and bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
