Colonial Cookies
Colonial Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, room temperature, 2/3 c. powdered sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla until very light and fluffy. Add flour gradually, mixing until well blended.
Chill dough in freezer for 30 minutes.
Roll out a third of the dough at a time. Keep remaining dough chilled.
On a lightly floured board, gently roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut out with cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
