Collard Greens
Collard Greens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. smoked turkey parts or ham hock, 1 1/2 qt. water, 1 hot pepper pod, minced, 3 clove garlic and 4 lb. fresh collard greens, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place turkey or ham hocks in large saucepan; add water, pepper pod and garlic.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
Add collards, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until greens are done.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
