Collard Greens
Collard Greens is an easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches greens, 1 6 oz. strip salt pork, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash each leaf of green separately.
After carefully washing several times, hold stem tightly and strip leaves from stem. Discard stems; they are tough.
Place greens in pressure cooker; add salt, water and meat.
Cook approximately 35 minutes.
Set aside.
Cool, remove cover and continue cooking at high heat for 15 minutes more.
