Collard Greens

Wash and cut greens into 3/4-inch slices
Put 1 1/2 quarts water into pressure cooker, bring to boil
Drop greens into boiling water and stir occasionally until all greens are wilted
Remove from heat and pour off water
When all water is removed, add 1/2 cup water, salt to taste and the drippings and oil
Stir until well coated
Put pressure on greens and when pressure is up, cook 5 minutes
Let pressure go down and stir
Serve hot.
