Coleslaw
Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage, chopped fine, about 1/4 large sweet green pepper, chopped fine, salt to taste, some chopped onion to taste and 1 tsp. celery seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the first 5 ingredients and set aside.
In a pot, put the remaining ingredients.
Boil a few minutes until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage.
Blend and refrigerate.
Keeps well.
