Coleslaw
Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small heads cabbage, 1 small chopped onion, 2 c. sugar (or less), 1 c. vinegar and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove core from cabbage.
Slice cabbage into quarters and slice thinly.
Cut longer strips in half.
Chop onion and place cabbage and onion into bowl.
(I use a large Tupperware container with a lid.)
