Coleslaw
Coleslaw is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. shredded green cabbage, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/4 c. french dressing and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove any wilted outer leaves from cabbage.
Cut into quarters and remove tough center.
Wash under cold running water.
Drain well and dry with paper towels.
Grate on a vegetable shredder or the coarsest side of a regular grater.
Peel and finely chop onion. Wash and dry parsley.
Snip into small pieces with kitchen scissors.
Mix all ingredients together with a fork.
Put in a cold place until ready to serve.
