Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/3 c. sugar or splenda, 1 tbsp. celery seed and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar (Splenda), celery seed, salt and pepper. Mix well. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. Pour the dressing over the mixture and blend well. Refrigerate.
