Coleslaw 2 is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. shredded cabbage, 3/4 c. shredded carrots, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free yogurt and 3 pkg. sweet one sweetener, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cabbage and carrots.
Add drained pineapple, reserving juice.
Make dressing by adding sweetener and small amount of pineapple juice to the yogurt to suit your taste.
Add yogurt mixture to slaw, combining well and refrigerate before serving. Yields 6 servings.
