Coleslaw
Coleslaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, shredded, 1 onion, diced, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white vinegar and 1 tbsp. prepared mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine cabbage and onion; set aside.
Combine rest of ingredients in a small saucepan, except oil.
Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Stir in oil.
Pour over cabbage; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
