Cole Slaw
Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large heads cabbage, shredded, 1 medium onion, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. vinegar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt together for 5 minutes.
Pour over cabbage, onion and pepper; mix.
Let set until cold, then refrigerate.
This will keep 2 weeks or longer.
Celery seed may be added if desired.
Makes 1 gallon.
