Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 3 lb.) purple cabbage, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 4 to 5 green onions, sliced, 1/3 c. sugar and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and remove core from cabbage; cut into wedges and slice fine or use food processor until finely chopped.
