Cold Taco Pizza
Cold Taco Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pillsbury crescent rolls, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Spread crescent rolls in baking pan to make a crust.
Bake according to directions on package.
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together.
Spread mixture over cooked and cooled crust.
Spread chopped tomato, green pepper and olives over top of mixture.
Sprinkle entire pizza with shredded cheese and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
