Cold Spiced Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 orange (unpeeled), sliced and seeded, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves and 1 (29 oz.) can pears, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut orange slices in half; place in water and simmer until rind is tender.
Drain well.
Drain canned fruit; reserve all pineapple juice, half of apricot and peach juice.
Combine juices, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves and jello.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Pour over mixed fruit.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
