Cold Slaw
Cold Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cabbage, 1 bell pepper (little red), 1 large onion, 1/2 c. mazola oil and 1/2 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Shred cabbage in large bowl.
Chop onion and pepper and put on top of cabbage; set aside.
Heat to boiling the oil mixture, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Let set overnight before stirring.
Stir up and refrigerate.
Will keep indefinitely.
