Add 10 tablespoons of coffee.

Bring to a boil.

Slightly reduce heat and boil about 20 minutes.

Let coffee cool.

Strain coffee through a tea strainer into a 2-quart pitcher.

Rinse out remaining coffee grinds from pot.

Strain coffee again back into the pot.

Add sugar and chocolate syrup.

Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

Cool and pour back into pitcher.
