Coke Roast
Coke Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. roast (chuck, round or sirloin tip), seasoned salt, 3 tbsp. oil, 6 oz. coca-cola and 14 oz. chili sauce (bottle), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sprinkle roast with seasoned salt and sear in oil on all sides.
Remove and blot off fat from roast.
Place roast in a foil lined pan.
Pour Coke and chili sauce over roast, then Worcestershire sauce.
Cover loosely with foil and bake 3 hours at 325Β°.
It will have a barbecued flavor and tastes good the next day, too.
