Coke Cake
Coke Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. margarine, 1 c. coke, 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine flour and sugar together.
Heat margarine, cocoa and cola until mixture comes to a boil.
Pour the mixture over flour and sugar.
Blend and add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Fold in marshmallows.
Beat well by hand and pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
