Coke Cake
Coke Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. chopped marshmallows, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift together flour and sugar.
Stir in marshmallows and set aside.
Bring the shortening, margarine, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Remove from stove and pour over dry mixture immediately.
Stir in buttermilk, baking soda and eggs.
Pour into greased tube pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
