Coke Cake
Coke Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. coke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Bring to boil the cocoa and Coke and add to creamed mixture.
Add soda to buttermilk.
Alternately add flour and buttermilk to creamed mixture.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, which has been greased and floured. Top with marshmallows and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β° (usually takes hour).
