Coffee Punch
Coffee Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 oz. (12 tbsp.) instant coffee, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream and 1/2 gal. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Make coffee syrup by dissolving coffee and sugar in boiling water.
Chill.
Place ice cream in punch bowl and let set until softened.
Stir in milk and coffee syrup.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
