Coffee Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. catsup, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. oil and 2 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all; mix well.
Will marinate 4 pounds London broil, arm roast, etc.
Excellent for most red meats.
