Coffee Jello
Coffee Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored jello, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 1/2 c. hot coffee, sweetened to taste, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and whipped cream or topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve envelope of unflavored jello in cold water.
Add sweetened coffee and lemon juice. When cool, cover and refrigerate to harden.
