Coffee Gelatin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 2 c. cooled coffee and artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of coffee in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Add remaining coffee and artificial sweetener.
Pour in bowl, cover and chill until firm.
