Coffee Can Bread
Coffee Can Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. unsifted flour, 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Oil 2 (1-pound) coffee cans.
Mix 2 cups flour with the yeast. Stir water, milk, butter, sugar and salt over low heat until butter melts.
Cool about 5 minutes and add to the yeast mixture.
Add nuts, fruit, eggs and remaining 2 cups flour.
Knead about 10 minutes.
Divide dough in half and put each half into a coffee can. Allow it to rise to 1-inch from the top of can.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Delicious toasted; easy to slice.
