Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter, 1 3/4 cups of sugar and eggs.
Mix well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with Carnation milk.
Mix 2/3 cup brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half of batter into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half of sugars and cinnamon mixture.
Pour in rest of batter.
Top with remaining mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
