Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening (half butter or oleo), 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 c. white sugar, 2 c. flour and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream shortening and sugars in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour and crumble together.
Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.
Mix eggs, salt, soda and yogurt together in small mixing bowl.
Add this to the sugar mixture and combine (seems better if not completely smooth) and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake about 40 minutes at 350Β°.
