Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. soft shortening, 1 egg, 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease and flour a square 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly.
Stir in milk. Blend dry ingredients; stir in.
Spread batter in pan.
