Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease bottom of tube pan and line with wax paper.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (this is extra).
Sift dry ingredients several times.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs as for cake.
Stir in dry ingredients and vanilla. Stir in sour cream last.
Fill pan half full.
Sprinkle a little more than half of the cinnamon mixture over dough.
Pour remaining cake mixture and sprinkle rest of cinnamon over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove.
Freezes well.
