Coffee Cake
Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. sour cream and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, beat for 7 minutes, mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and walnuts (optional).
Place 1/2 batter in tube pan, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix on top.
Add rest of batter, sprinkle little sugar mixture on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
