Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add baking soda to sour cream. Alternate adding sour cream (mixed with baking soda) and flour to sugar.
Pour batter into pie dish.
Sprinkle on top with brown sugar, ground sugar, cinnamon and small bits of butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to one hour.
