Coconut Thins
Coconut Thins is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. softened butter or margarine, 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. flour and 1 1/3 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Mix cornstarch with flour and blend into butter and sugar mixture.
Thoroughly chill for several hours.
Shape into very small balls and roll in coconut. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Flatten with fork and bake for 20 or 25 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
Freezes very well.
