Coconut Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 stick margarine and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil sugar and water together for 20 minutes.
Slowly add coconut and margarine.
Let cool.
Add eggs.
Put into 16 unbaked tart shells.
Bake at 350Β° until set.
