Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 stick margarine, melted, 3/4 c. milk and 2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven.
Melt margarine and blend everything in blender; add coconut last, and blend a minute or two.
Pour into pie crust (Pet-Ritz small pie shells, not deep dish) and bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Before putting pies in oven, sprinkle a bit of coconut on top.
