Coconut Pie
Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. jiffy or bisquick mix, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. butter or oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients, except coconut, in blender or with electric mixer on low speed for 3 minutes.
(Also can be whisked.) Pour into pie pan, let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut over top.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
