Coconut-Orange Cake
Coconut-Orange Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. 2-layer size white cake mix, 1 c. milk, 2 egg whites, 1/2 (6 oz.) can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and 1/2 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine mix, milk, egg whites and orange concentrate. Beat minutes medium speed of electric mixer. Fold in the 1/2 cup coconut.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch layer pans.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 minutes; cool. Frost and fill with Fluffy White Frosting.
