Coconut Millionaire Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 large pkg. baker's shredded coconut, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 can cream of coconut and 1 large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box, then add 2 cups coconut, cook as directed.
When finished baking, while cake is hot, poke holes all over and pour can of cream of coconut and undrained pineapple on top.
Let cake cool and cover with Cool Whip and remaining coconut.
