Coconut Marbles
Coconut Marbles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 lb. coconut, 1 lb. chocolate morsels and 1 sq. wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl, let margarine soften.
Then add sugar and coconut.
Mix with hands.
If not stiff enough to roll into marble-size balls, mix more sugar and coconut until stiff enough to hold shape.
Lay on wax paper on flat pan and stick with toothpicks.
Freeze until you melt morsels and wax in top of double boiler.
Remove balls from freezer and dip with toothpicks in chocolate mixture.
Lay back on wax paper until cool.
Enjoy eating and let the pounds take care of themselves.
